Learning About Real Deal Membership
Review the Real Deal Rules of Operation to learn about our process, reporting requirements, how Real Deal is organized and other service details. By becoming a member of Real Deal Attorneys, members agree to the Rules of Operation.

Application Process
Complete the General Application and Agreement and the Qualifications Standards forms. The General Application and Agreement require vitals about you and your practice as well as notification and agreement to the terms and conditions of Real Deal Attorneys membership.

Limited Experience Panel
For lawyers with fewer than five years in practice, the Limited Experience Panel allows young lawyers to get potential clients for cases with paying clients with simple legal issues. Check the Limited Experience application for additional details and requirements.

Insurance Requirements
All members of Real Deal Attorneys are required to carry errors and omissions insurance in the minimum amount of $100,000 for each occurrence and $300,000 aggregate per year.
